Manufacturing Process:

Design and Planning:
Before the production of the Ukulele Stand begins, the product development department at CHI-NAN Enterprises carries out the design process. The designers consider the functional requirements, determine the structure, material selection, and dimensions of the stand. The five-stage adjustment feature, load-bearing capacity, installation method (no drilling required), and appearance design are all taken into account.

Material Selection:
The procurement department selects materials based on the design requirements. For this ukulele stand, high-carbon steel is chosen to ensure the stand has sufficient support and stability.

Cutting and Forming:
The punching department precisely cuts and forms the parts, ensuring that each component of the stand has consistent dimensions and meets the standards.

Assembly of Components:
After cutting and forming, the individual parts of the stand are assembled. The base, hooks, and adjustment mechanism are carefully put together. The five-stage adjustment mechanism is a key component of the assembly process, ensuring that each adjustment stage locks securely and remains stable.

Welding and Reinforcement:
During the assembly process, the five-stage adjustment mechanism is welded and reinforced to ensure that each joint can withstand the load and prevent any loosening during use.
